Scott Donald
Director of Client Services
Scott trained at a 6 partner firm in Buckinghamshire, obtaining his AAT qualification in 2005 and his ACA qualification in 2008. He continued his career at a top 20 national firm progressing to supervisor. In 2011 he moved to a 3 partner practice as audit and accounts manager acting for SMEs, subsidiary companies with parents in Europe and sole traders.
In 2015 he joined NLP as an audit manager, working largely on Paul Taiano’s clients. His role has since evolved and he is responsible for many of the firm’s creative clients, including theatres, theatrical productions, film, TV and video games. He believes in helping the firm’s clients achieve their creative goals by taking care of the administrative burden of running a company, maximising their tax credit claims and ensuring that the claim is received as quickly as possible. His role also includes graduate recruitment and he enjoys helping the firm’s graduates from the infancy of their careers through to qualification and beyond.
Outside of the office, most of his time is taken up with his young family. Time permitting, he enjoys attempting to play football and watching the only club from North London.
