Hong joined Nyman Libson Paul in 2019 as a Business Services semi-senior and has since progressed to the position of Business Services Senior. She manages and reviews bookkeeping, VAT returns, and the preparation of management accounts, year-end accounts, and corporation tax computations. Hong also oversees the team’s work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting and tax standards..
Her role involves liaising with clients and HMRC, resolving queries, and ensuring all submissions are accurate and completed on time. She also contributes to workload planning and supports process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality across the department.
Outside of work, Hong enjoys playing table tennis, basketball, going for walks, and listening to music and audio stories. She also has a passion for travelling, which allows her to explore new places, experience different cultures, and broaden her perspective of the world.
Sarfaraz joined NLP in 2007 as an Audit Manager and has since progressed to Senior Manager. He oversees the audit department, briefing and reviewing the work of junior staff while ensuring clients receive clear and timely communication.
He works with a broad range of clients but has particular expertise in property, barristers and barristers’ chambers, as well as group audits.
Outside of work, Sarfaraz enjoys football, cricket, rugby, music and reading.
Aimee joined NLP in 2019 as a Business Services Cloud Accountant and has since progressed to Business Services Senior Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Administration covering management, costing, marketing, audit and human resources.
Her work focuses on accounts preparation, VAT advice, and supporting clients with their day-to-day queries. Aimee has developed particular expertise in cloud accounting, especially Xero, helping clients transition smoothly to Making Tax Digital for VAT.
Outside of work, Aimee enjoys trekking and hiking.
Nikita joined NLP in 2023 as a Business Services Senior and is now a Business Services Senior Supervisor. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is ACCA qualified.
Her work includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, VAT returns and tax computations for a range of clients. She also mentors junior staff and has a particular focus on accounting and taxation.
When she is not working with numbers, Nikita likes to unwind by watching light hearted and plot driven shows.
Emanuela joined NLP in November 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from small to mid-sized firms and a hands-on understanding of the SME landscape. From retail and hospitality to manufacturing and property investment, she’s worked closely with a wide range of sectors, offering sharp financial guidance and trusted partnership.
She’s particularly skilled at supporting international clients, especially those based in Italy, helping them navigate the complexities of setting up in the UK. Steven joined NLP in 2014 as a manager and quickly made himself indispensable. Whether reviewing client files, overseeing his portfolio or navigating the demands of Business Services, Steven brings focus, composure and a quietly effective approach.
With a particular focus on property investment clients, Steven’s role is all about helping people see clearly through the complexity. From the daily deluge of emails to the big-picture decisions, his clients know he’s on hand to keep things moving, well-managed and right on track.
When he’s not making the numbers add up, Steven likes to head off on unusual walks (the quirkier the route, the better) or disappear into the world of science fiction.
Sara joined NLP in 2022 as a Business Services Supervisor and has since progressed to Business Services Manager. With a degree in Accounting and Finance from London Metropolitan University, she brings both technical know-how and a keen eye for detail to her work.
Her focus spans statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax and VAT. Whether she’s preparing reports or reviewing figures, Sara takes pride in delivering work that is accurate, timely and always tailored to the client’s needs.

Away from her desk, Sara enjoys staying active with gym sessions and swimming, and keeps her mind sharp by diving into business articles and the latest finance insights.
Vicky Gilbert joined NLP in 2024 and brings a sharp, numbers first mindset to everything she does. As Senior Financial Reporting Manager, she provides accounting technical support across the firm, helping teams solve complex issues, refine their reporting and stay on top of the latest accounting standards.
She studied Maths at the University of Leeds and has built her career on being reliable, approachable and providing a collaborative approach. From reviewing working papers to creating model accounts, Vicky is the one people turn to when the detail matters most.

After hours, Vicky splits her time between two young children, catching up with friends, theatre trips and eating out when she can. Festival memories remain close to her heart, with Glastonbury 2024 firmly top of the list.
Harry joined Nyman Libson Paul in 2015 as a manager, and the firm promoted him to partner in 2021. A Chartered Accountant, he trained at a medium-sized firm where he built his foundation as both an auditor and adviser to SME limited companies.

His focus is on making sure a client’s business runs as efficiently as possible, and his ability to build strong, lasting relationships is key to the way he works. Alongside his client commitments, Harry leads the firm’s Business Services Department.

Robin joined NLP as a tax trainee in 2012 and has since helped shape the firm’s growing presence in the Far East. As a native Mandarin speaker and qualified accountant, he bridges East and West by translating the UK’s tax complexities into clear, practical advice for high-net-worth individuals and internationally minded businesses.
He focuses on clients arriving from China and across Asia, supporting them as they settle in the UK, launch ventures, acquire property or invest in various businesses. Robin is often the first call for new arrivals, helping them navigate the early steps and introducing them to the wider NLP team as their needs develop.
He lives in London with his family and enjoys travelling with world with them.

Izabela joined Nyman Libson Paul in 2008 after completing her Master’s degree in Foreign Trade at the Cracow University of Economics. She is a Chartered Tax Adviser and winner of the prestigious Association of Taxation Technicians President’s Medal.
As a Partner, Izabela brings extensive expertise in private client tax, with a particular focus on property, residence, international matters, and both onshore and offshore trusts. She also advises on corporation tax, delivering tailored solutions for entrepreneurial businesses and established organisations alike.
Izabela manages the tax affairs of some of the firm’s most significant clients, including high-profile individuals from the entertainment and sports industries, as well as complex international structures.
