Andrew Thomas

Andrew joined NLP in 2023, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in auditing and advisory for the charity and not-for-profit sector. Andrew was previously a partner in a top 15 firm’s Social Purpose and Non-Profits team and now supports a wide range of purpose-driven clients at NLP.

From national grant-makers to local arts organisations, Andrew’s portfolio spans education, faith, membership bodies and service providers. His role is built on lasting relationships. He stays close throughout, offering calm, clear support whether the issue is big or small.

Andrew believes in the power of charities to make a difference. He works side by side with those who serve others, helping them stay resilient, compliant and focused on their mission.

When he’s not advising clients, he’s following football, out walking in the countryside or spending quiet time with his family.
