Charlotte joined NLP in 2018 as Assistant to the Operations Director and now plays a central role in shaping the firm’s culture and team experience. As one of our Heads of HR, she focuses on building strong relationships across the firm, ensuring that people feel supported, valued and equipped to grow.
From recruitment and performance reviews to training and development, Charlotte works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. She also oversees essential HR processes, keeping records in order and supporting payroll, the details that help everyone do their best work.
Charlotte brings calm, consistency and empathy to every conversation. Whether she’s welcoming a new joiner or helping a long-standing colleague navigate a challenge, her steady presence helps the firm stay people-first.
