Emma joined NLP in 2025 as a Tax Director, bringing with her a sharp intellect and a calm, personable approach to complex challenges. A chartered accountant that has specialised in mixed tax from the beginning of her career, she focuses on transactional tax advice, tax planning and supporting the growth of NLP’s tax team.

Known for her strategic thinking and commitment to developing people, Emma is as invested in her team’s progression as she is in helping clients plan ahead. Whether guiding a transaction or mentoring others, she leads with focus and care.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys the balance of calm and energy. When not busy socialising with family and friends, she finds relaxation in knitting, recharges on seafront runs and enjoys the theatre.
