Since joining Nyman Libson Paul as a tax senior in 1994, he’s grown to lead a thriving department as a partner that blends technical expertise with a fresh, practical approach. His focus is on helping clients navigate challenging regulations and turn fine print into clear, actionable solutions.

Robert is happiest when he’s shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, tackling knotty tax issues and guiding them to the most efficient, accurate outcomes. For him, dealing with clients is about more than numbers: it’s about building trust, finding creative ways forward and ensuring clients feel confident every step of the way.

Outside work, Robert is a keen runner and tennis player, and a loyal Arsenal supporter – a combination that has honed his patience, strategy and ability to handle last-minute drama, all of which come in handy during tax season.
