Sonal Kotecha

Each day is different for Sonal, which is exactly what she enjoys about her role. As one of our Heads of HR, she oversees the end-to-end management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to progression and beyond.

She’s a steady presence across the firm, supporting teams and managers alike. Whether it’s leading performance reviews, managing employee relations or guiding on best practice and legislation, Sonal keeps people at the heart of what she does. Her work spans salary reviews, promotions, engagement, benefits and recruitment, all to help NLP’s people feel valued and supported.

Sonal also helps things run smoothly behind the scenes to keep communication clear and connected. She coordinates Graduate Assessment Days and the annual Audit Breakfast, and keeps policies current and in line with employment law.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Sonal trying new restaurants, exploring somewhere new, or unwinding with a good Netflix series and spending time with her friends and family.
